The water is filled with toxic chemicals or wastes and germs called Polluted water. And the process of making the water dirty is called Water Pollution.

Water is a very important element of the environment. This is a part of our life. We can’t live without fresh and clean water. We need to drink enough freshwater to survive. So, another name of water is Life. But, dirty or polluted water is very harmful to our health. When dirty things or harmful chemical is mixed with the water, which is called Water Pollution. Water Pollution is a big problem in our country and society. So we all should know how this pollution of water is happening.

There are many reasons for Water Pollution. We are polluting water every day in many ways. Farmers use chemicals and fertilizers for growing their crops perfectly. But, these chemical is a toxic chemical. The chemicals mixed with rainwater and then the water gets polluted. And that is very harmful for human health. The Factory and Mills are also polluting the water. They throw out their toxic wastes to rivers and canals. And then the water of rivers and canals gets polluted. People don’t think much about this but this problem is very dangerous for all of us.

The results of Water pollution are very dangerous for all. By drinking polluted water, people get affected by various dangerous water-borne diseases like Cholera, Dysentery, etc.

We can prevent water pollution by doing some important steps. We can spread awareness about the water pollution problem and we should not throw any harmful or dirty things into the water. We can clean the dirty water of rivers and canals using a net. Public awareness needs to be raised early. Government should not allow Industries, Mills, and factories to throw their wastes and toxic products randomly here and there. Remember, water is a very essential thing in our life. So, we need to stop polluting water pollution from now and we should train people that how to keep water fresh, clean and healthy.
